Our machine shop manufactures parts such as nitro carburetors, slipper clutches, injected nitro systems, racing engines, drive train components and turn-key drag racing motorcycles. Hawaya Racing also performs performance upgrades on Street Harleys, Top Fuel, Pro Fuel, and Pro Dragster bikes. We recently moved to the heart of NASCAR country for a very good reason, and that is to bring this technology into our sport of Motorcycle Drag Racing.

FALL NITRO BIKE SCHOOL UPDATE

FALL NITRO BIKE SCHOOL UPDATE Hawaya Racing’s Nitro Bike School, the only Nitro Bike School on the planet, will hold it’s fall class at Rockingham Dragway on October 5-6-7, 2011. We have increased the class from 2 days to 2 ½ days for 2011. Two Hawaya Racing prepared Pro Dragsters will be made ready for the rider’s to blast down the quarter mile. Craig Tharpe and other AHDRA officials will be on hand during the school to monitor the progress of the riders and observe the procedures of the school. Riders successfully completing the school will receive their AHDRA license and be able to complete in any AHDRA event. The next class is scheduled just prior to the AHDRA finals at Rockingham N.C. Class size is limited to 8 riders max. Crew chiefs are welcome. We have set a deadline of September 1, 2011 as the cut off date for the next school. We are proud to announce that VP Racing Fuels will be staying on board as the “Official Fuels of the Nitro Bike School for 2011. In addition, we will again have Vanson Leathers on as the “Official Leathers”. Vanson provided several sets of leathers to riders that did not have there own at no cost to them. We have also worked a deal with Mickey Thompson Tires for M/T to be the “Official Tire”. The “Official Tow Bike “of the Nitro Bike School is provided by Rich Vreeland of Vreeland’s Harley Davidson. Our “Buddy 125” does all of the towing chores without a single complaint. Brian Williams of “Raw Edge Photography” is the official photographer.
