We here at Hawaya Racing Products are very excited about the release of our “New Generation Lifters” for 4-cam engines. These new lifters feature a large diameter axle and are Polymer coated to reduce friction and promote better wear characteristics. They are closely manufactured to our specs and are the best on the market. You can buy cheaper, but do you really want cheap parts in your valve train?
In these new units we use a high quality 3/8” X 24 adjuster stud and lock nut by Jesel Valvetrain. These adjuster studs have a 5/16” ball instead of the typical cup found on most lifters. This has a double benefit in that it allows the overall length of the adjuster stud to be shorter than typical units for better pushrod angle. Also, having the ball on the stud and the cup on the pushrod shields the adjuster stud from grit and other debris that normally accumulates in the adjuster cup. Add our Jesel tapered pushrods to our new lifters and forget about the troublesome failure in these components.
Our new lifters are just one of our first new products that are forth coming from our association with the NASCAR industry. We now have many new doors that are open to us and will be introducing many new & upgraded products for the motorcycle drag racing industry in the near future. |
