HANDCRAFTED AMERICAN RACING MOTORCYCLES (H.A.R.M.)

RICH LANDIS NEW CHASSIS COMPLETE

Back in the 80’s, Larry Smith did a magazine that cataloged Harley Drag Racing for that time. He called it “Handcrafted American Racing Motorcycles” (H.A.R.M.) Back then, most all of these bikes were indeed “hand crafted”. The bike we just completed for Richard Landis is a throw back to those days as it was completely designed from a blank sheet of paper and totally hand built for a specific purpose. A 500 foot Drag Race, no wheelie bar, run what ya brung class and hope you brung enough.

This past Friday, Rich Landis and his crew arrived at HRP to take delivery of his new chassis. We fitted up his PRP and belt drive to our custom motorplates to ensure that all fitted as designed. Pete Browne did the chassis as per SOP and the bodywork as well. We¬†will be sending Rich one of our new 17″ front wheels soon as they are in process now. We wish Rich good luck this season on his new machine.
