Here is the latest on the POW-MIA Tribute bike project. Pete is getting along quite well with the construction of the chassis. One of the unique things about this new chassis is that I wanted the option to run different tires based on atmospheric conditions and track temperature. We all are stuck in the mold of running the same tire for the most part at every track we run. I think this is wrong, NASCAR does not do that. They use a different tire at almost every track, so I wanted the same option. Thus, the new bike will have the capability to run any rim up to 12″ wide, any tire combination up to 11″ wide and/or anywhere between 28″ to 29″ tall without changing the setup on the bike simply by flipping the axle blocks around.
