I designed this engine to run under a vacuum using our 3-stage oil pump. This is a totally wet engine. The crankshaft bearings, the rockers and valve springs are pressure fed with oil. We use Jesel Valve Train lifters, lifter sleeves and retainers as well as pushrod assemblies. We also use our new T&D roller rockers that have the adjusters built in them.

The 3-stage system is our latest system. It needs 3 seperate timed events from a timer box or our TAR Fuel management system. Typically we monitor this system by reading linear movement of the accumulator shaft on the Racepak unit. This is a 3 event system that has 3 seperate flow control valves which allows you different times and flow rates for each stage.

We have our rear sprockets made to our own specs from Alcoa 7075 aluminum. We then CNC them, heat treat and  hard coat them to assure that they are the best sprockets you can buy. Many sprockets on the market are made from aluminum bought from overseas. It is not of the same quality of raw material.

The Projack lift is a work of art. We had 3 main goals in developing this new lift. First, was for it to be first class and of high quality. Second, was to make it compact enough to be able to ship regular UPS. Third and most important to us, was to be able to remove the oil pan and service the lower end of our race engines without removing the bike from the lift.

Our new lifters are 35 grams lighter than the competition. This translates to higher RPM with less spring pressure. Our hugh axle measures .351" in diameter. Our 3/8" X 24 TPI adjusters are available in the 5/16" ball or the traditional 3/8" cup style.

This is a shot of our gear hob. This machine does external splines of any type. Here, a B&J style Titanium jackshaft is being splined. This machine also splines our belt drive pulleys, sprockets, clutch hubs. Need something special? We can do it in house.
