We offer 3 different versions of our new rear wheel, designed for the Top Fuel/Pro Fuel/Pro Mod/Pro Stock style bikes. We base the final wheel assembly on the customer application. We machine our side plates and beadlock rings in 3 different thicknesses to fit the horsepower application. Up to 400 HP gets our lite side plates, up to 650 HP gets our heavy side plates and 1000 HP gets our thickest side plates.
To complement our different versions of wheels, we also machine 3 different Beadlock Rings. One for each horsepower rating used on our wheel application. Light, medium and heavy.

Our new wheels have been 8 months into development and design, but now we have them on the shelf. We designed our own disc and disc carrier as well.
We can a bearing between the spider part of the wheel and the disc/sprocket hubs to support that critical joint to prevent flex and possible wheel failure. No other wheel has this design.
We designed a unique locking pattern we call the "Puzzle lock system". With this design, the design of the wheel parts are such that the individual parts fit together like a puzzle adding superior strength to the wheel.
The hub bolts now just hold the wheel together, the design of the wheel carry all the load. We keep in stock dozens of hubs to fit many popular bolt patterns. Custom hubs can be made very easy on our CNC mill.

This is our Dual Disc set-up. Here is how it fits together (minus the front spoke).
We designed a dual disc hub set-up to allow our front wheels, as well as the PMFR style wheels to be converted to dual disc.
We have also designed a new front wheel as well in both single and dual disc versions.
Rim bands are available in 1.85" wide and 2.15" wide. Brake rotor and carriers are available as well. Single or Dual disc.
This is our new heavy Beadlock ring. It is the thickest of all of our Beadlock rings and also has double locking set screws. We offer an optional weight kit that will bolt on this beadlock ring to balance the big tires. No longer do you need to glue or tape your weights to your wheel.
We machine our own rear axles from 4130 Chrome Moly tubing and have them heat treated to our specs for maximum strength. OD is 1.250" with a .250" wall thickness. You gonna have a hard time bending these!

This is the lightest of our Beadlock rings. We use this on wheels up to 400 horsepower.
