We have redesigned our Derringer connecting rod by beefing up the area around the  wrist pin. This will provide an additional 20% strength to this area of the rod that would sometimes distort when you missed your tune up. We also skinned up the beam area of the rod as well. This will keep the weight of the rod the same as before and also provide additional clearance in the area where the rod and the cylinder bottom flange intersect.
